Morning everyone,

{{{PattiT}}} - not on vacation yet, next Wed. Smile Sorry to hear about Nick and his not feeling well. Sad Sounds like he can't get rid of the pneumonia because his body is already fighting other things.

Fan - anymore on the armed robbery? Did they catch them? People are desperate everywhere in the world.

We are down to 14 critters!! Smile But you now what happens, we send a bunch home and we get double back (or so it seems!!) LOL!!! Laughing Hopefully it stays calm for a few days so we can get caught up on things, get extra things clean.

Hope everyone has a wonderful sunny day!!

Take care,

Hey Y'all:

Saw cardio. Dr. yesterday for follow up. Says I am doing great. I still must take it easy & use some common snese in what I do. Can do whatever I am able to handle except run a marathon, dig a deep hole or ride my bike in a race. Laughing Laughing Laughing

I have damage on the left front of my heart from top to bottom. Go in for more testing next month. Looks like this Dr. is going to become my best friend.

Patti sorry to hear Nick is feeling so bad. Will keep him in my prayers.

Fan I take it that the temps are usually moderate there, therefore air conditioning isn't used. It is like that here in the Northwest but that seems to be changing & getting warmer each year.

GS cut some grass this morning, will cut more tomorrow, as soon as it gets hot all outside activities come to a halt around here.

Y'all take care...

Don't let life get in the way of your dreams

Hi Nubbins, Ann-marie and everybody else,

Nubbins, you are right. Usually we are fine without aircos except for some occasional flares. Glad to hear your doctor is happy with your progress and as for the Olympic ambitions of bike racing have a chat with Lance Armstrong cause you may need a little more on top of the shape of your life. Wink
Ann-Marie, I hope you'll have a few more quiet days to keep up with things.
No news on the armed robbery, nobody caught so far. But the take away joint's keeper is still very nervous and chattery. It'll take still some time for him to get to his old self mentally, I guess.
PattiT, keep courage. I'm praying and donating.
I had an extremely exhausting day at the office and getting quite bored with all these meetings by phone. I want the old-fashioned face to face meetings with coffee back! Luckily I'll have a half day tomorrow. Very Happy
Myo has been throwing up again today and still hasn't got a proper appetite. Not producing much on the litterbox either, but she's still alert. So I think I'll wait till after the weekend before seeing the vet again. I took a pic of her laying in the sun on the couch yesterday.

Hi Everybody!

It was a beautiful day today. I mowed the lawn and did a bunch of laundry. But mostly I sat on the deck reading and listening to the birds. Smile
I also took a look around at the local Chevy dealer. I sat in a Cruze... it was more roomy than I thought it would be. I'm tall, so sometimes I can't even get in these smaller cars without bumping my knees on the dashboard! I would like to get something that has good mileage, This Jeep that I'm driving now isn't too good in that respect. I really liked the Malibu too. But maybe it just felt comfortable because that's what I'm used to driving. (For the last 10 years... before Jim gave me his Jeep.) I need to give the Jeep to my daughter because her car is gasping it's last breaths. I have to figure out the money situation before I decide. I hate the thought of a car payment after being without one for awhile! They are all more expensive that I was prepared for.

Nubbins - So glad to hear you're doing ok.

Fan - I used to hate those kind of meetings too!! They are so impersonal! You're right... sitting around a table chatting with a box of donuts and a pot of coffee in front of you seems so much more productive. When YOU'RE THE BOSS... remember that!.....I'm so worried about Myo. Keep us posted about her. I was hoping she would be her old self by now. (Sweet picture!)

Pattit - We're all praying for Nick! And for you too!

Ann - You're back to work already? Boy, that time off went fast!
