Morning,

Martha - was cool and breezy here too, wore jeans all day. The weather is to improve by the weekend, back up in the 80's. Hoping we don't get an early Fall.

Fan - interesting combination of flavors.

Had errands to run yesterday so wasn't on the computer much.

18 critters.

Later,
Ann

Good Morning, Friends!

I have a few minutes this morning. This is the first morning this week that I am home!! And, at some point today we'll see our new granddaughter. Smile

Last evening, we had steamy bean soup dinner.... perfect for a day reached 69 degrees (more like October)! Can you believe that next week, we may climb to 90 degrees?

Fan - Your lunch sounds delicious, cucumber soup. I will try some next week. Smile

Martha - Your temperatures sound a lot like ours... so chilly for the season. So glad you are feeling better. AND, happy that you can start having food today. Smile

Ann - You have chilly temperatures, too. Don't keep too busy with 18 critters!! Smile

~~Vicki

Watch out! Bake Space seems very slow this morning. I hope it does not continue or go down!

Hi everybody, have a great day Very Happy

{{{{Carolyn}}}}, get well soon! Be assured of my mental support.
Martha, no sugar in my mint tea Smile , but I suppose you could if you have a sweet tooth. The Moroccans drink it with lots of sugar. I simply pour boiling water on the mint leaves in a teapot, wait a couple of minutes and there you are. How does solid food taste after having been on liquids for a week?
Ann-Marie, the combo is delicious. Very refreshing too.
Vicki, you should. It only takes a blender and some of your taste buds. No cooking required.
Did my first day at the office again. My boss already had tried to declutter [I'd call it relocating] my desk while I was sick Wink But today he was really helping by carrying some stuff away. He's been too active to my liking since he's on a diet Rolling Eyes . Everything went well, but I was quite exhausted when I got home. Even the snakes in the pet shop noticed and tried to bite me. I think I'm gonna hit the sheets early tonight. See you all tomorrow.
