Good day everybody, have a brilliant start of the week Very Happy

We had a nice down pour of rain this morning being the prelude of a week full of sunshine and warm weather according to the forecasts. But up north the down pour caused quite a bit of flooding and the collapse of the roof of an Albert Hein supermarket. Everybody in shock, but nobody hurt.
Myo is not feeling very well today. I suspect she's being troubled by a hair ball . She's been throwing up a few times already. Hopefully it comes out soon.
Ann-Marie, glad your eye is doing slightly better.
Martha, how's the diet going?
Carolyn, are you feeling a bit better too?
PattiT, you lucky girl. Escaping before the rain kicks in and leaving it for the people who still have to enjoy their vacation Wink . Glad you had a fun time.
I made a vegetarian pasta with yogurt lemon sauce today. Yes indeed, I forgot to defrost the meat. Laughing

So, who's gonna make me drool with their dinner?

Vacation was very nice, but it is good to be home. I spent the day trying to sync my e-mails on the three different kinds of computers we have. I sure hope I didn't screw anything up too bad. My sister called when I was in the midst of it and I hated to tell her I was busy. My BIL is going in to have his knees operated on in the morning, I need to call him when I get done here. I made us some Philly cheesesteak sandwiches for dinner. I cut up some small cucumbers and put some rice vinegar, salt and pepper on them.
**Fan, I put my shaved steak in some water and they thawed in no time. Do you ever try that? I hate when I forget to get meat out to thaw. You came up with a beautiful meal even if you didn't have meat. I can't imagine being one of the people in that store with the collapsed roof!
**Carolyn, how are you doing? Did I miss what your operation was for? I hope you are healing nicely.
**Debbie, how are you doing?
**Martha, are you able to eat yet? I hope that you are healing nicely also.
**Ann, how are things going for you? (((Ann)))
