Good Morning, Friends!

I am going to pop in this morning. A internet access repair person should be arriving between 8 and noon. (Never arrived last week.) Will come back soon. Smile

~~Vicki

Hello Vicki, hope things are up and running normally soon. Kind of busy say so far here. We did grocery shopping this morning. I got two rotisserie chickens, one barbecue on regular. After taking the meat off the bones of the regular one I realized it was not enough meat to make the chicken salad we love so I ended up using the barbecued one also. Hope it doesn't taste too wacky with the barbecue flavor and the fruits I put in the salad. I guess we will find out. I made hubby some brownies with chocolate chip cookie dough sprinkled on top and wrapped them up for his work treats. We were thinking of going swimming at our sons today but they say the pool is very cold today. Madison has soft ball practice this evening also so she wouldn't be able to swim. Hubby was mowing the lawn and the dang mower broke down. He didn't get the lawn finished and it was really long from being on vacation. He is on the way to the lawn mower repair shop right now. If it costs too much I guess we will buy a new one next year.
Tomorrow I have an early appt. at the eye Dr. So glad that I like my new one since I seem to be seeing a lot of her. I have to remember to tell her it took 6 tries in each eye to get my drops in last night, I just know I am going to run out.
**Vicki, how are you doing? Do you have many restrictions?
**Ann, lots of critters?
**Martha, how are things going for you?
**Debbie's laptop died so she won't be on line for a while, Jim's was on the way to the shop today.
**Fan, I will try to remember to take a picture of our dinner tonight.
**Pat, Tango, Carolyn how is everyone doing?

Hi everybody, have a great day Very Happy

Wow, I really had a busy day today. Myo's nausea was pretty severe and this morning she hardly reacted to things. Pretty unusual and scary. So I decided to take her to the vet. Two injections against an upset stomach, but she's pretty close to acting like her old self by now Smile .
Vicki, just make sure the repairman doesn't cut you off from the digital hemisphere. Maybe you should pamper him a bit. Wink
PattiT, glad you are keeping us updated on Debbie. I do get worried when she stops posting. And I'm dead curious how your salad turns out. Cool

Hi Everybody!

Sorry I haven't been around. Obviously I was wrong about what a "piece of cake" my surgery was...... I ran into some complications and now I'm back where I started with clear liquids only!!!! I was having alot of pain and could hardly hold down water! But I'm better now. I think there was a kink in my intestine.... holding everything up. Now it's feeling better, but they still want me to stay away from solid food for awhile. The funny thing is... I have no appetite, I'm not hungry at all. I haven't eaten in 10 days and I've lost 17 lbs! Smile But the doctors say I'll get the appetite back.... so I'm not turning in my BakeSpace membership yet!! I'm sure I'll gain that weight back in no time Rolling Eyes
