Good day everybody, make it shine Very Happy

I had a busy day out of the office inspecting an orphaned archive. Took a lot of pictures and already spent half of my evening enhancing and uploading pics. Tomorrow I'll have to write a report incorporating some of the pics and make up a project plan. Deadline report is tomorrow and the project plan needs to be done by Monday. Looks like the cloud above my head is bigger than the clouds we had in the sky today. It was really nice weather for the bike ride to the location, sunny and only slightly on the chilly side.
I have another abandoned archive to start working on from next Monday, so things are going to be hectic for the next couple of weeks. But hey, holidays are coming up too Laughing
So what's going on in the US today?
Grammadot, congrats on becoming a great grandma. Awesome. Are you comfortable with the idea yet?

Where does the time go, sorry I have been missing for so long. Been having a lot of back problems, going for an injection tomorrow that they said will be more painful than the others had been. Not liking that idea, but I am so sick of not being able to do anything I am getting desperate. I miss the insurance I used to have from hubbys work, the things that are being set in motion will cost me a good bit out of pocket, thankfully they said I can make payments. I am not going to say anything to hubby because he will insist we take it out of our savings and I don't want to do that. I got a cold chill awhile ago and started tearing up, it is becoming more real everyday that my one son will be moving away soon. There will be no more stopping in on our way to and from things, no more evening bonfires and cookouts. I want him to be happy but this is hard, I will have two sons living over 2 hours away. This is the son I always counted on in emergencies, I almost feel like our roles were reversed at times.
Guess who just called. I need to go, now I am crying.

PattiT, so sorry to hear you are in such pain. The family matters don't make it easy either. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you tomorrow. Hang in there.

Hello ladies, It has been a busy day today, as is every day for last 2 weeks since we got this baby., It seems like it has been months already. He is so full of energy, I took him outside yesterday and played in the yard. He had to inspect the big truck in the back yard and then lay down in the grass and rolled around. He was asleep by 7:40 last night. I wasn't too far behind him. I was tired after doing all that and laundry and the kitchen.
I told him a little earlier today to go to sleep like papa, and he lays down and closes his eyes and starts fake snoring. Now he is actually asleep.
Fan- yes I am used to the idea, My step granddaughter has 3 boys. So I have actually been called a great grandma for about 2 1/2 yrs.
Patti- It isn't so bad, Jeanna is the closest of my kids and she is still 50 miles away, but I see the ones that live over 2 hrs away more often than I do her. I hope you get to feeling better soon.
Hope you all have a good Halloween. We area going to Jessica's house and Krys is meeting us up there to take the kids trick or treating. I need to go and get our stuff together soon. We will be gone until Tuesday, cause Jim had another VA drs apt in Nashville. TTYL
If I could live my life over,
I would find you sooner so I could love you longer
