Morning everyone,

Sitting here watching a beautiful sunrise this morning - bright oranges and yellows. Keep thinking I should go out and take a picture but I'm a sissy, it's only 25º out. BRRR!!! Shocked So if I don't need to go, I don't. Very Happy

Puttered around the house yesterday, watched several movies that I had on the DVR. If you want to watch a really nice/cute holiday movie, it's on the Hallmark Channel and it's called "A Merry Mix-Up." I enjoyed it.

Today need to run the sweeper and dust upstairs & downstairs. Have laundry going so that will be done in a few more hours.

Hope everyone has a great day,
Ann

good morning Ann, I love Hallmark channel. We watched several good ones over the weekend. Jim likes to watch them with me. Not many men will admit to liking them. I will have to check that one out.
I need to get a move on. My dentist appt is at 9:30 so I had better get going. Have a good day. TTYL

Hi everybody, have a smashing Humpday Very Happy

It's cold and rainy today. I've turned up the heater and had sauerkraut for dinner, just to keep me warm on the inside and the outside Wink But we had a beautiful sunrise this morning before the rain kicked in and I was really jealous of my colleague who managed to book a two night stay in a lighthouse with his wife. Can you imagine how the sunrise must have looked from up there?
Ann-Marie, those kitties look really cute. Our temps are slightly higher than yours, and I think it's too cold as well.
Grammadot, good luck at the dentist's. Hopefully he's capable of making your dentures comfortable this time.

Grammadot - hope things went well at the dentist office.

Fan - need to play more with some of the settings on my camera...some of the pictures of Leo & Willow had an orange-ish cast to them, I know it has to do with the lighting in the room. I did play with the settings a few months ago then couldn't get it set back, ended up doing a reset. Confused

Went out earlier and raked leaves, had quite the pile(s) of them...think I had 3 small piles and one big pile that had blown up into the house and around the cars. After that big wind storm it was knee deep in leaves! Shocked

Later,
Ann

Ann-Marie, it indeed is the lighting in the room. We tend to choose soft yellow coloured lights for our livings, cause it feels warmer than the white light. But for the camera it's often not quite enough, however if you do use the flash the light is very bright and the picture comes out quite harsh. So it's really difficult to balance.

Will give me something to figure out some night I am taking pictures of the kitties, kind of like a mystery. Wink There are 4 or 5 different light settings on my camera and I always forget about them. Confused
