Hi everybody, have a smashing afternoon. Very Happy

Looks like all of you are hiding in snow Wink . Just keep warm everybody.
PattiT, did Gary make it back home safe from the airport?
Martha, your cookie recipes look really delicious. Nice deal.
Ann-Marie, still having troubles with the snow fall?
Lots of rain and high winds today. We had our university's annual toga march today. All professors in their robes, walking through the rain, some with umbrellas and some without. I suppose they were glad wearing their togas, since dignity prohibits running, but they could walk faster than usual without too much notice. Laughing

Two little grandsons were stealing kisses from Professor Grandpa enticing him to step out of line Smile

Then tonight I had an appointment with a financial advisor about my insurance policies. One of them needs to be updated. So after all I had a productive day. Still one advisor to get hold of and I can start working on my taxes Rolling Eyes
I still haven't decided whether I'll go up north for the lecture tomorrow. The weather is not too promising, but then I'm need of dry cured bacon and sausages. I'll sleep on it tonight Wink I think and see what the weather is like tomorrow morning.

I had a dentist appt. this morning and all went well, no cavities. That is always a relief. I went to the grocery store to pick up what I needed to make Tango's arroz con pollo. I really liked it and hubby said it was good. We have leftovers to eat over the weekend. Yes, Fan, Gary made it home safe and sound, thankfully.
Tomorrow is Madison's last meet of the winter swim season. We will be up bright and early to go to that. That will last most of the day, not sure what we will do after that.
Hope the weather will be nice for you Fan, so you can stock up on some bacon and sausages. That was so cute, the grandsons, stealing kisses.

Gotta go finish up the laundry, then hopefully I can enjoy the rest of the evening.[/img]
