Good morning everyone.
Sorry I didn't get back on yesterday, after the birthday party and spending some time with their mom,the girls wanted to play outside some more. They came in took a bath, made popcorn and watched a Dora movie. It was 9 o'clock before they went to sleep.I had a few things to do before going to bed so that's why I didn't get back on.I did however go back and read yesterday day's post.

The birthday party we went to yesterday was for Becca's neice's daughter Mckayla. She was one year old on Friday.

I got up at 6 this morning and have made a meatloaf for dinner,in a few minutes I'm going to cook some squash and make some chocolate pudding. Then shower and go to church.DD and her DH got home from work a few minutes ago, looking tired. They'll sleep some after church so the girls and I will again play outside.
That's my day Very Happy

Patti,I bet Madison loved those horses.
She is smart for her age.I bet she'll be an honor roll student when she goes to school.
U would be a tough one to find pictures for.Your DGD is lucky to be in a daycare that cares about helping them get an early start.Schools have changed alot over the years. That was wonderful of you to get her flash cards. They're a big help.We use them with the kindergarten words and there are alot of them.We have to make our own because we can't find certain ones in the stores.School gave us a list of the words they need to know for 1 st. grade so this summer she can learn them.

Debbie,Sorry you're not feeling well, hope you're feeling better today.

Sheryle,Last day of school is Friday June 8 th.Three more weeks. Very Happy
I didn't like school either. The girls so far do,hope they continue to.
I'd better get my cooking done.
Everyone have a great day.Try to TTYL.

Good morning Pat and all who follow. I'm not sure what I'm going to do today. I had planned to go to the laundromat, but am thinking about just waiting until next weekend and doing it at my sisters. Since I'm only working Monday through Wednesday and will be off Thursday and Friday, I'll have plenty of clothes to get by. I will hang out at my sisters a couple of days next weekend, to be with her while she is recovering from surgery and also to help her out some, so may as well take advantage of her washer and dryer while I'm there. I don't think either of us will be much fun, she with her sore tummy and me with my sore mouth. Smile I just finished breakfast...cereal without bananas this morning, only because my bananas are too ripe to use today. I really do need to go to the grocery so may go this afternoon. I still need to give myself that pedicure...was too busy being lazy yesterday to even think about my feet. Embarassed

Pat - my goodness you got a lot done this morning! It sounds like the only time you get to rest is during church. Laughing

I guess it is time that I go get my shower and get ready for the day.

These two morning posts came awfully close together, I bet you both posted at the same time. I have not got too much accomplished today, two loads of laundry, lunch prepared and the paper read. I just don't feel like doing too much, the rest of the week look busy with appts. etc so I just enjoying a nice quiet day.
*Pat, you reminded me that my son has been dropping hints for weeks now that he wants some of my crockpot meatloaf. Problem is, hubby left my crockpot at that son's house! I will have to be making that soon, he doesn't often make a request. Did McKayla enjoy her birthday party? Sometimes at that age they don't seem to understand the opening of gifts etc. But they always seem to enjoy the cake and ice cream! My granddaughter enjoys popcorn and a movie also.
Sheryle, you must be like me, I don't enjoy a banana that is really ripe, unless I am cooking with it. I hope you and your sister are able to enjoy your time together next week, recovering together. I am sure she will appreciate your being there, even if it were just for the company, helping out makes it even better.
I need to get my last set of sheets out of the dryer and get out and deadhead some flowers, I hope everyone enjoys their day.
OOopps, I almost forgot the other post!
*Debbie, I am glad that it doesn't seem like the flu. Enjoy your company today, I am sure everyone would enjoy hotdogs, you take it easy now and get back to feeling better.
*Linda, I agree with Debbie, I can not imagine accomplishing all that you do, even in my better days. We are always glad when you find the time to let us know how you are doing.
