Hey--I'm a cake decorator too! Love fondant so much that I use it for most of my cakes!

Okay, back to the topic! Very Happy Here's something that's yummy: penne pasta, with chicken, pine nuts, and garlic in a gorgonzola cream sauce. Serve with a good bread(for all the great sauce), salad, and wine. And of course some candles at the table to set the mood!

Ok folks. Great suggestions and I thank you for all of them! Apparently Em’s taken matters into her own hands. She called me to tell me she had a taste for Mexican and is making this chicken/cheddar/pablano casserole thingy.

Now all I need is for you fine folks to remind me before I leave around 4pm to stop and get her a gift on the way home!
