| Awhile back my DH and I were in Hawaii. One of the places we visited was a mission that had been established to help young, in-need women learn baking and to, basically, help them along. We bought some bakery there that I can only describe as coconut balls in a pastry shell. I don't have their name, but their delicious memory haunts us still. Can anyone help? |

Sounds great! I loved Hawaii. I went to Maui and had a great time.
You may want to email some of our hawaiian members. You can search by zip - so just pick the zip of the closest town where you were and ask them.  |
