GOOD MORNING TO ALL MY BAKESPACE FRIENDS........Well it's 2:22 am and this is my last stop on the computer..then I'm off to bed! I decided since it was well after mid-nite, I'd go ahead and start todays post! First things first! I want all of you to know just how much your FRIENDSHIP means to me. I guess during this holiday we all stop and take a moment to realize just what we have to be "THANKFull" for. I have made alot of good friends here and what would my day be like without you ALL! We laugh together, joke around, discuss our children/grandchildren and our spouses, we ask for prayer for a sick or dying loved one, share recipes and even discuss reality TV....but most of all we are here everyday to talk to one another. I feel closer to all of You than I do some of my tangable friends....sometimes I day-dream about us ALL getting together and meeting each other! Well enough rambling on...Just wanted you ALL to know just how much you mean to me! Have a Blessed Thanksgiving and I'll check in later this afternoon! HUGS....Debbie

Have a great Thanksgiving too.

The night is still young for me. I just put my turkey in the oven. It is about 10:20pm here. So I will hit the sack about the same time you wake up.

Nite nite!

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

I am thankful for everything that I have and everybody that I know (or going to know).

Leaving here around 7 AM or so to go pick up Mom, head to my sister's, eat & visit then head back down to Mom's. Will stay overnight because of the weather. And hoping I can get home on Friday. Jim should be home Friday afternoon, early evening.

Take care,
Ann Marie

Hey Eric - was wide a wake at 3:30. Kind of worried about the weather today and the driving.

Eric - Lavender is amazing on men. I am not talking about the drug store lavender like, perfume kind of bath products. I mean products made with good, pure, organic lavender essential oils. It is a completey different scent than people think. A little musky, a little almost minty, and a bit of pepper to it. Sorry, I guess I have sniffed too many bath products LOL! Anyway; guys would go straight for that product everytime. For the most part it smells differently on men than it does on women. Something about the male skin chemisty changes it into something earthy and subtle without being overly musky and making the back of your throat like cheap cologne.

Ok, no more talking about bath products. Apparently the fumes have gone to my head.

Back to food... Yes Eric, I cook my turkey the night before. It is easier to carve when it is cool. I just gently warm it back on right on the serving platter when it is time to eat. I like to make my bread the day of so I want the turkey out of the way so that I can hit the bread hard in the morning. I work on the sides while the bread is rising and baking. That way when the meal rolls around the bread is fresh out of the oven. For this Thanksgiving it is carrot clover leaf rolls with dill butter.

Ann Marie - Drive safe and watch out for the other guy.

Happy Thanksgiving Bakespace friends!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving and stays safe wherever their travels take them. I too am thankful for the friends I've made here and enjoy learning about each of their lives. In reading/typing posts I've laughed with you, cried with you and have gotten mad with you.

I also need to thank you all for the prayers for my parents. I know my Mom can beat this cancer, she was cancer free for 10 yrs. Still waiting to hear what her Dr's want to do about the cancer they found in the thyroid. The physical therapists are impressed with the progressive my Dad's making with his knee replacement.

Well I've woken up to snow. I'm guessing there is probably 2 inches on the ground. We are supposed to get more throughout the holiday weekend. Hopefully it won't interrupt my shopping plans tomorrow. Wink

Have a Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!

Jennifer

Wishing everyone here a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I'll be heading out to my sister's in a couple of hours. Since I've been lazy this year and bought my share of our dinner and didn't make it, I can take it easy this morning and not have to rush around as I have in the past. I think I could get used to this!

Have a great day!
