I usually send leftovers that I've frozen in small containers. DD's also take veggies & dips, but I think they mainly live off of granola bars and bottled water.

I'm also a big fan of packing leftovers in tupperware for lunch. I also like to make wraps with cheese, lettuce, lunchmeat, whatever I have on hand and wrapping them up in a tortilla. I like to make salads in a larger tupperware container and soups are always tasty, especially in the winter. I always like to try and pack lots of smaller things because I tend to snack a lot, so my lunches usually end up looking like a elementary schooler's.
