Chocolate cream filled cupcakes, Filling ing. 3 tablespoons flour,3/4cup milk,3/4 cupbutter softened ,3/4 cup sugsr substitute, 1ts.vanilla Cake ing. 2/3 cup vegtable oil 2cups water 2tabls. vinegar 2teas.baking soda 1teas. salt 2teas.vanilla 3cups flour 2 cups Natur Bakers Blend Sweetener 1/2 cup cocoa Chocolate Glaze Ing. 1 cup chocolate chips 1/4 cup butter directions Preheat oven to 350 d. In large bowl combine the cupcake ing. and mix well. fill cupcake liners3/4 full bake 20 minutes alow to cool. In small pan whisk 3 tabls. flour and 3/4 cup milk heat wisking untel thickend allow to cool to room temp. Combine 3/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup Natur sugar in large bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy . Add cooled flour mixture and continue beating until creamy Add vanilla and mix untel combined. Fill A pastery bag with the filling insert tip into the top of each cupcake about 1/2 inch fill with buttercream In A sausepan combine chocolate chips and butter over low heat untel smoth . Swirl top of cupcake into glaze. than use extra filling to dec cupcake if you like. Makes 24 I brought the cupcakes to my sisters for A cookout and every one said the cupcakes we excelent. They could not tell the diffrence in the sugar . I had no problems with the suger being lumpy. They mixed up just like regular cupcakes the batter was A little heavy only because they were homeade. I thought they were good but could of added more cocoa. Everyone gave them great review. I had about 10 people to try them and no one disliked them. My smart alic brother in law sayed they tasted like s-t. Only bacause he always teases me, But then he said no they were excelent. Even though I had A cupcake disaster when I was filling the bags all over the counter everything went well. Oh that is ok I thought Joy might have stood up to stretch her legs after sitting in that postion for so long.LOL _________________ Once in a while I dream that a gigantic squirrel is carrying me away. Does that make me a NUT? |

Another observation about Baker's Blend. Tawny made sweet tea with the rest of my Baker's Blend... like other artificial sweeteners, she said using it in a beverage made her more thirsty after drinking it. _________________ ~Marguerite
