Since I'm short on time this week and next - Job, Breakfast Club meet, three graduations and parties, etc., I'll make one of the recipes posted here. I've never had Red Velvet Cake before, so will make the Red Velvet Cupcakes.

I'm thinking I'll try a banana cup cake with chocolate chips, maybe a ganache icing....or a boiled icing so I can test the sugar in that too.

But Babs, I won't be able to get to it til like Monday or Tuesday....busy busy week for me and next weekend. Is that going to work out? If you need it sooner, you can choose someone else to take mine....just let me know either way, k?
