With all the BakeSpace members who were dropped yesterday, did anyone post on TOHBB that members who joined after November 1 may have to re-register?
I know some of my Kitchen Helpers disappeared. (as well as recipes)

Vicki I did not mention it on TOH yet, but have to leave for work right now. I lost some K-helpers and recipes too that I just invited since 11/1. I'm going to re-invite if I can remember who? LOL. I posted 6-7 recipes on the weekend but at least I know most were salads and easy to re post. I also have to go in and clean up the recipes. Everywhere there is a comma it shows some encrypted (sp) words. I sure hope it won't happen often or I may not want to post them just to lose them.
Babette is so good about evrything I feel bad for her that this happened to the site. Probably just a glitch.

Hi guys - We feel your frustration believe me. We lost over 300 new members so you can imagine what it will be like when they try to sign in. We really appreciate your patience and understanding about our situation. We all lost a great deal in this process and we are working to make sure this never happens again. We hope you can understand.
The commas may be because of copying and pasting from a word document into the recipe listing - you'll know if that's the case when you delete a comma and see it change in typeset when you type in a new comma again. Let me know of which listing you're talking about because I can clean it up in the database.
Thanks again for your continued effort in helping to make bakespace a great site.
