Well the rain finally came here, said it will rain all day, sure I am getting my hair done.

Not much doing today, maybe I will look again for a chandlier or coffee table, if I feel up to it after the hairdresser.

Making a shepard's pie for dinner.
My DD and her BF went back together yesterday, I am happy about that. They have been dating for 6 years. I think he feels she wants to get married and he is not ready, trust me she doesn't want that either.
Me either, I am still paying for college. For anyone who has given a wedding on the East Coast, minimum $40,000 for a decent affair.
My DH and I will be working till we are 90 cause we have 3 girls.

Like Linda said, we have a bit of rain but it's warm so I really don't care since I have to work anyway Wink

Got my hair cut yesterday. Need it short for when we go away. I'll be in the water alot so like it to be no fuss.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Today is supposed to be one of the nicest days of the week. Just perfect for my daughter's birthday. She will come this afternoon after my grandson's nap, and my son-in-law will come after work. We have a nice pile of leaves for my grandson to jump in, and the camera will be ready.

good morning everyone. Hope you all have a great morning. I am doing wife chores today but as you can see i am going to be a little late getting started. I just love bake space. Good Morning HOLLY,LINDA,LINDA,VICKI and ALL my TOH FRIENDS that stop in...... Hope everyone had a good nite's rest and ready for another day. It's overcast here,but sopposed to be in the 60's. DH has to work out of town today, probably won't be home until 8 or 9 tonite. I have our 2 grandsons again today until 8 tonite, so they will keep be busy. I love playing with them,but I'm usually very tired when they go home.

***LINDA...Jopefully the rain will hold off until you get your hair down and your quest to find the perfect chandleier. I've never tasted a Shephard's Pie, DH wouldn't like it, but I think it would be good. As for the wedding, 40,000 sounds like alot, so glad that DH and DSIL paid for thier own. I couldn't afford that.
***LINDA...When are you all going away? Are you going scuba diving? I noticed your little pic. had a diver. DH is certified,but doesn't go diving too often..actually hasn't ever went in the ocean. Has been invited to go on different trips, but seems we never have the xtra $$$$ when he is invited to go. Have fun when you go.
***VICKI...Tell your DD Happy B'Day for me and you all have fun with DGS playing in the leaves.

Good morning everyone! I love reading all the posts and seeing the neat cartoon pictures.

I can't even think of what I will make for dinner tonight. I just came from a breakfast buffet that the school laid out for us drivers. I am trying to get one of the recipes that was so good we all wanted the recipe. Hopefully they will come through with it.

77 degrees today!!!!! So out I go. have a great day, bug

***KENNA LOU...No cooking for me either...DH is out of town. I'll probably fix DGS and I a grilled cheese sandwich and some Spag O's. YUM!! What time do you go to the TEA ROOM? I'm on the EAST coast and I usually don't go there very often, because I can't type fast enough to keep up with the conversations. LOL
***ANITA...I'm doing chores too..can you tell? LOL I tell myself, don't go near that computer until you do something constructive. But I always have to stop by for a minute to say good morning ..and a minute turns into hours. But I get it done evidentially.
