|
|
Hi. I'm looking for a recipe for the pecan butter that is served at Smokey Bones restaruants with the cornbread appetizer. It is awesome and I've tried to replicate but I don't have it nailed yet. Can anyone help? I would appreciate any advice.
Thanks

Here is a recipe I found.
PECAN BUTTER
1/2 to 1 cup real maple syrup
1 cup butter
1 cup pecans
Put pecans in food processor and chop until fine. Add butter and mix, then add maple syrup in a slow stream until all is incorporated into pecan butter mixture. Add only 1/2 cup syrup if you want it really thick, more if you want it thinner.
Hope this is what you were looking for. |

Thank you, Patti. That sounds great. I'll give it a shot this weekend.
