Hi guys,
This message is posted in the Pantry FAQ, but thought I'd post it here as well...
*********************************
Ok, because of a few bad seeds (Spam posters) this Bulletin Board is now viewable to everyone, but only registered members in the pantry can post or reply to postings. We didn't want to resort to making you register for the pantry, but it is what it is. We'd rather spend our day assisting members then policing the boards -
So most of you know that our pantry software is separate from BakeSpace so it requires a separate registration (which is very quick & easy). The reason your passwords won't migrate to the Pantry is because your passwords are encrypted.
As a guest, you are welcome to view any postings you want and vote in any polls, but only registered members can post comments. The benefit of joining is that you can see by the cupcake color where the new posts are, making using the pantry very efficient.
If you have any trouble registering, please let us know. You can email us at members@bakespace.com and we'd be happy to assist you - we may even do your registration for you if you ask nicely!
Babette

Thank you, Babette, for the great job you are doing on this site.
(Perhaps this new "regulation" will remind me to sign in.)
Hoping you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving Day,

Thanks Babette. It's too bad that a few people have to ruin it for others.

Hi Guys... so I've been able to prevent the crazy do not click on this link postings.. but somehow these crazy coooks still want to register here. I can delete the accounts.. but if you guys get an email ever from someone, check out their profiles before you assume they are on the up and up. The good news is that they usually have the word "Sexy" in their username and their personal URL is always something about This is spam. Please don't click.. go figure! ah helllo... dead giveaway.
