Hi!
I just received a bag full of some really good cinnamon, and I was wondering if anyone out there had any ideas of what I could do with it. I made an apple cherry crisp lat night, but I still have about two pounds of cinnamon left!
If you have any cinnamon rich recipes you'd like to pass along, that would be great!
Thanks! |

Catalu: Lagar has a recipe for a cinnamon bread that is great. I made it at Thanksgiving and made several. Everyone loved it. It is called Ain't B's Cinnamon Bread. Look in recipes under breads. You could make several and give away at Christmas time. Hope this helps you.

| Hi there. I have a recipe from the Taste of Home Board that is just fantastic. It's Cinnamon Swirl Bread. I'll try to get it posted for you this evening, along with the name of the original poster of the recipe. My whole family and my friends love this bread - they love it for breakfast, dessert or just plain snacking. |

Catalu - I just noticed that Lindachicken beat me to posting the Cinnamon swirl bread recipe on this board. You can find it at

It really is delicious - you won't be sorry you tried it. I bake two loaves at a time and have never been successful in getting one to stay wrapped overnight as the recipe suggests! I even made bread pudding out of one of the loaves last year, and it was out of this world! Hope you'll take a peek at it. |
