Sorry Linda...The only fudge recipe that I know is the one on the back of the marshmallow creme jar......it's pretty easy. Have a good nite. Debbie _________________ Debbie

| Do you mean the one with the can of frosting and melted chocolate chips? If you do I will try and find it. |

I went back and found it Linda, it looks really easy to make!
1 12oz. pkg baking chips
1 tub ready made frosting
nuts
Put chips and frosting into a bowl and cook in microwave until the chips are melted. Add nuts if desired. Pour into an 8x8 pan.
One of the variations that sounded good was white chocolate chips and cherry icing.
Kelo posted a link to variations. Is that our Kenna Lou?

MIRACLE FUDGE (only 2 ingredients!)
My mom had some yummy fudge out for Thanksgiving. When she told me how she made it, I couldn't believe it! Are you ready for this?????
*************************************
1 tub ready to spread frosting
1 bag baking chips
Microwave just to melt chips. Stir thoroughly and pour into an 8x8 dish. Chill and cut into squares.
*************************************
That's it. Of course, I came home and tried it myself. So far, I've made
vanilla frosting with Andes Peppermint Crunch baking chips, chocolate fudge frosting with Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips,
and White chocolate almond frosting with white chocolate chips and slivered almonds.
My mom made vanilla frosting with peanut butter chips,
and a caramel frosting one but I forget what kind of chips she put in it.
This recipe is too easy not to try!

Yes, Patti, that was me. Kelo/Kenna Lou. Same person.
I'm think I'm going to make this for my daughter to give to her teachers instead of rushing to get all my candy made next week before school is out. This will be easy and quick. |
