I saw those pie crusts yesterday for the first time ever (not that they haven't been there, but I never noticed them). I shop at Ralphs if that helps anyone. I didn't get the chance to make a pecan pie this year so I just might have to pick up those pie crusts so I can make a pecan pie for no good reason at all other than the fact that I want one! _________________ Danielle

Wow, it took a while to find the crusts, but I'm glad I was persistent! I miss the holidays so I made a nostalgic pumpkin pecan pie as directed from the can of Libby's pumpkin puree. It was scrumptious! I have one more crust left for a possible lemon pie.
(By the way, I found the crusts and ready made pies in Safeway)

OK, it only took 3 hours for the custard to set up... But I figured I better get a pic, since it will be devoured tomorrow at work and if I try to get a pic then, I might loose a finger (Stranger things have happened, tech-geek people get a little crazy around food, )
