I didn't bother with the crusts....I got the entire pie! LOL
The first one I got was the banana cream....Soooo good. Totally didn't take like store bought - took forever to thaw out though! It was sitting on the counter for almost 5 hours...taunting me....still frozen inside! I just picked up a berry pie today - Deep Dish Berry Burst to be exact. This one I'm going to have to bake, I'll probably make it for Sunday. There was only 1 store in the area that carried them too - Krogers. Ukrops and Food Lion didn't have any of them - not even just the crusts. _________________ -Joy

I think I am going to try a recipe I found called Dixie Peanut Butter Pie. Most peanut butter pies are almost like cheese cakes. But this one doesn't have cream cheese in it. It's not a frozen pie. You actually bake it. I am curious to see how it will come out. _________________ Mary |

| Wow, the custard looks great, Shane! Custards scare me. Maybe now is the time to experiment since it won't be a huge loss if it doesn't come out! |
