LOL Eric, I'm not a schnaaps type of gal (if I'm going to do a shot, I make it count, like TEQUILA! ha!) However, I wouldn't pass up a good bourbon |

Oh this may not bode well for me...I'm the girl that LIKES Boones Farm and thinks Sangria is a "great" wine. _________________ Carol

Thanks Eric...Makes me feel better to know I'm not alone in Sangria-ville
I just don't care for dry wine, although years ago all I ever drank was Blue Nun. There I go, showing off my great wine-buds once again huh. _________________ Carol

I some something interesting this weekend during Thanksgiving.. one of my dad's cousins added sugar to her red wine.. to sweeten it. While I don't recommend it.. you could try a glass that way to sweeten it up..
Or make sure when you open the bottle that you have guests over to share it. Not ever wine is going to be a favorite.. but what's fun is that this is going to open us up to the full wine experience. |

OK.. so I created a profile for our wine tasting tour so other members might discover it and so I can add video - each month I'll find a video and post it about the wine.. if you don't know Gary the wine guy - he's sort of a regular joe from NJ who loves wine & has a wine store. He's one of those internet celebrities. All that aside.. his videos are entertaining and insightful. Perhaps he'll help us learn and be less intimidated by the unknown.
Feel free to add the profile to your network of friends.
