Hey Martha!!!! I am thinkin Sauvignon Blanc or a really acidic Pinot Grigio... I am trying to pair wine with Artichokes and Walnuts in a lemon pepper cream sauce for my gnocchi tonight for dinner... Smile

Im just having Merlot. Shane, have you ever tried Purple Moon? I got it the other day from Trader Joes.

I have to leave in about 20 minutes. I poured the wine in my decanter (got it for only $6!!) so it will be ready when I get home...should be around 6:30 or so.

I actually like Purple Moon... It's pretty good Yeah... I am stuck at work until 6... So I will be lucky to get home by 7 after stopping at the store for artichokes heh heh and wine... Traffic bites on Friday
