Hi Gigi
You're werlcome . A big part of enjoying wine is the hunt . You gotta try a few before you find the right fit . Once you find that varietal , it 's good to stick with it .

I took my book, Wine for Dummies with me to the hospital this morning. Did you know they make cream of tartar from the tartaric acid that is extracted during wine making. I find that fascinating. _________________ Karen

Isn't that great?!? Yet another reason to love wine. Sometimes the residual tartaric acid will crystalize on the underside of the cork while the wine is in storage.
I have only seen it one time... and I didn't try to use it in egg whites or anything, I just thought it was cool.. _________________ ~ Shane

Anyone drinking wine this month?
My party isn't until the 28th. That was the first weekend everyone could do it. _________________ ~Marguerite
