Cherry Delight by Debbie

Crust:
3 sleeves of Graham Crackers, crushed
1 1/2 stick butter, melted
approx. 1 cup do not click on this link sugar
Mix together and press in a 13 x 9 pan. Bake for 10 mins in a 350* oven. Let cool completely

Filling:
2 8oz. Philly Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip (did not use it all, maybe 3/4 of it)
1 tsp. Vanilla
Beat Cr. Cheese til light and fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Spread on Cool Graham Craker Crust.

Topping:
3 cans of Cherry Pie Filling ***
spread Pie Filling over Cr. Cheese mixture and Chill for several hours before serving
***2 cans well do, but it will be a thin layer of cherries.

Thanks for the recipe Debbie, too bad this isn't like the one we are looking for. This one sounds better to me, but the rest of the family wants one like the hunter's wife makes.

Hi Girls....as I mentioned before this recipe was a combination of looking a two different ones and then deciding to do my own thing. It was good and creamy BUT If I make it again I will ....

ADD 1 MORE 8oz. pkg. of CREAM CHEESE
maybe a little bit more MILK too to make it creamy.
Like I said it was good with 2 cr. cheese, but adding another will make it taste a bit richer! Sorry! Debbie
