Yep, I do. She knows she's not allowed on the top, but turn your back on her and she's pre-washing the dishes, using her fur and whiskers as a brush

what a cutie!! I don't have pics on my puter of my pets....but they're not in my kitchen much anyways to it doesnt really matter. Waaaaay back when, when Dennis and I first got married we had a rottie and an american eskimo and they use to sit in the dinning room, watching me cook (and drool) and I'd talk to them in my best Julia Child voice as I told them what I was doing. Awe, Mr. Woofy IS a sweetie!
I have a black lab/chow mix named "Bear" ('cuz he looks like a black bear)
I have two entryways into my kitchen, he knows to sit or stand "back across the line" until he's invited in (when I drop something and need a vacuum cleaner LOL) |

Patti - Hehe, I didn't have much of a choice about him becoming my kitchen assistant (as he learnt from a very early age that sitting on my feet while I was cooking would often result in one or two treats!), but I certainly don't mind his company...or his assistance with cleaning up kitchen accidents, such as dropped eggs
Danielle - Awww, that sounds so cute! And I know what you mean about passing the time, it's definitely more entertaining to talk to the kitchen assistants while you're chopping and mixing than to just hear the sound of the mixer!
Marguerite - Thanks hon!
Ddpie - Awww, that sounds adorable!! Have you got any photos of him by any chance? I'm envious that he's well trained enough to wait until you invite him into the kitchen, Mr Woofy has absolutely no self-restraint when it comes to food (o_O) _________________ My Bakespace Recipes - http://bakespace.com/?kitchenwench
