I know I'm slightly ahead of you and finished dinner already, including the dishes. I made Ajam Paniki [stewed chicken Sumatra style] with rice.

It's a sauce made of onions, chili, lemon grass, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, dried shrimps. Haven't made it myself yet, but I buy the spice micture occasionally at the Indonesian take away. Actually it should be only chicken and sauce, but I figured that I could cook the beans in the sauce as well and add a bit of fresh onion to make it into a complete meal
