My Pumpkin Biscotti Recipe:

http://www.bakespace.com/recipes/detail/Pumpkin%20Crumble%20Biscotti%20Wedges/45804/

And since my customers rave about each year... I think its fabulous!

I also think the pumpkin puree by libby's is smooth enough just to infuse the cookie with flavor without leaving any lumps in the biscotti batter. Gives me the mild pumpkin flavor I want, without tasting like pumpkin pie mix. Totally reminds me of what Fall should taste like.

Oh, I'm definitely in! I need to make some things for Thanksgiving, but maybe I won't do the pumpkin cheesecake I had planned since a few others will be doing the same! Maybe a classic pumpkin roll with a twist! Or something savory? I've got to get my thinking cap on Smile

Oh man, I'm torn! Can I use only one? I loved the pumpkin pie bread pudding I made last week but the photo is lame. And I also love this appetizer platter, but since only one element uses pumpkin, it may not be pumpkin-y enough! What do you think?

Oooh I love pumpkin! A co-worker just passed along her fantastic cookie recipe, which I plan to modify to make it gluten free for my recently-diagnosed celiac sweetie.

Or maybe I'll make my famous pumpkin waffles! Or my favorite, moist and delicious pumpkin muffins. I haven't made GF modifications on those yet, as we are less than a year into our GF adventure...

Thanks for the inspiration!

Mary

P.S. Would it be within the rules (contest rules and site rules too!) to post a link to a YouTube video of me making my pumpkin waffles? Relatedly, could that count as an entry, even though the video was not made this month?

Mary - that would be awesome.. we'd love to see the video. Smile When you add your review, post the link. I'm sure Libby's will be delighted to see the video too. Smile

Here is my Pumpkin Molasses Mousse Roll

I have always used Libby's Pumpkin Puree when making recipes calling for pumpkin. The flavor is pure, you can rely on the consistency and the quality. Libby's has been around for as long as I can remember and is a brand I can trust.
