Holy cow guys... this is a very hard decision... we have some ties going on. I need to bring in reinforcements - After I send out today's newsletter I'll have some more time to go back through them again.
Seriously. you guys are so creative! I think I'm going to have to do another newsletter with just these recipes. They are THAT good! |

I was bummed - since it hadn't been closed yet, I was going to try something else last weekend just for the heck of it but was in the same boat as everyone else at this point - no Libby's to be found.
When I get home after the holidays, maybe I'll try it just for the heck of it. _________________ ~ Chris

OK... we have a winner.. well three. It was too hard to do just one. Unfortunately I don't have three Kitchenaid hand mixers.. .so we have one grand prize winner & two second places...
Drum roll..
Congrats to marygreenfield for winning the KithenAid Hand Mixer for your The Pumpkin Waffles of the Gods.
Tied for second place was Kitchendoughgough's Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cupcakes Tayler's Aunt's Pumpkin Kadayif - you each win a cookbook!
You guys did a terrific job! Seriously... they are all winners in my book. I did get one can returned to me.. I need to check the name. In case you didn't get your can yet.. I can send it again.
If I had enough money for three mixers I would have most certainly bought you all three one!
For the cookbook winners.. let me know what kinds of cookbooks you like - sweet or savory & I'll let you know what we have in stock.
Thanks guys for your patience... I really appreciate it. We're launching our new newsletter format tomorrow and things have been a little hectic.
P.s This announcement will be in the newsletter too. |

Thanks Babette! I wasn't really in it for the mixer anyhow, just for the fun of the challenge. I was happy to see though that someone has already made my Pumpkin Kadayif.
As for the cookbook, I think my recipe is more sweet than savory, so whatever you've got on the savory side would be a great balance. Thanks a bunch!! _________________ ~ Chris
