BakeSpace is teaming up Libby's for a members-only taste test and recipe challenge. The prize is a nifty KitchenAid hand mixer (winner gets to choose the color).
To play, simply:
- Prepare a recipe using Libby's Pumpkin Puree within the next three weeks and post the original recipe, along with an original photo, on BakeSpace. Need a recipe? See links to recipes using Libby's products below.
- Then, come back to this forum thread and tell us what you think of Libby's Pumpkin Puree (we're looking for a brief taste test review of the product) You must post a review on this thread for your recipe to count in the contest. Deadline to post is Dec 11th at 11:59pm pacific.
- That's it!
Fine Print & Bonus!
In addition to the KitchenAid prize winner, the first 20 members to post a reply to this thread by telling us what you'll make in the challenge will get a can of Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree sent to them this weekend. Only U.S. residents are eligible for a can.
You can enter as many times as you like.
We'll pick one winner for the KitchenAid hand mixer based on the most thoughtful recipe and review.

I found a great recipe last year for a pumpkin mousse that I tried that was great, I cannot wait to make it again adding my own touches to it!!

I would like to try the Old Fashioned Soft Pumpkin Cookie Recipe. I have never had pumpkin cookies & now is the best time to try them.

I have a weight watchers pumpkin muffin recipe I've been meaning to try and just picked up the ingredients to make it. Thinking maybe pumpkin bread too!! Yum.
