OK, I posted an Ice Cream Pie (Yum!). I thought I had a chocolate cookie recipe that had coffee in it too, but it's not in the computer, so I either lost it or it's just in my recipe box...further exploration required. _________________ ~ Chris

What exactly makes a recipe 'uncomplicated'? Are you specifically looking for recipes with like 5 or fewer steps... or 5 or fewer ingredients? Or something with a short or no cook time?!
I'm just assuming if I think its easy, then its uncomplicated! You know?
I'm kinda over analyzing aren't I? _________________ Following my gardening obsession here:

It was, but the company didn't want to do coffee recipes - they decided on the tie in of "uncomplicated" recipes.
To me uncomplicated means a few ingredients and a recipe that anyone can make and master. Think simple - There's an eggplant parmigiana I make that is super simple and it's done in about 10 minutes. Don't worry about over-thinking it... just go with your gut. If you want the recipe to stand out.. add why you thik it's uncomplicated in the back story so when we're reading the recipe it helps us to understand.
Hope that helps! |

Oops! Glad Babette posted in The Breakfast Club about this. It made me check back in, which is a good thing since I had uploaded a coffee recipe before it switched to "uncomplicated." Gotta think on that one. I'll be back... _________________ ~ Chris

The contest ends on the 27th! We're also hosting a bonus one - simply befriend the film and you'll be entered to win a cookbook. It was in one of our last newsletters. |

Now.. what cookbook would you like to get - I have a really super nice Italian cookbook that is pretty rustic in flavors. I have a copy of "Gourmet Today"... I have Bitchin Kitchen's cookbook and a really awesome Gingerbread Architect cookbook with blueprints on how to create 12 awesome gingerbread homes. Pick! |
