I would Dajana, but my dinner was made of some leftover tidbits [eggs, ham, onions, pecorino] from the fridge on toast.

Dajana, That looks delicious.....
Happy Birthday Danielle's Daughter!!!
I was all set to make a Blood Orange, Fennel and Olive salad for dinner... Then I was informed that I had forgotten I was suppose to meet up with friends at the Caswell Bronze gallery and head to the Tippy Canoe for Drinks and Live Blues music.... Maybe tomorrow... _________________ ~ Shane

I've made that one and other two Orange salads recently. Really loved it in all combinations. One was with Belgian Endive and pomgranate, the other one was with carrots, speck and pistacchios. _________________ Dajana
