I've been enjoying quite a bit from the garden already, how about you? Just going to share some of the freshest foods I got going on, and some fun one's I've been dying to try to grow and eat. Like Fennel and Bok Choy. Totally new to my garden and pallet.

Strawberries:

Peas:

Peach:

Squash:

Tomatoes:

Early flowering Onion, was still yummy on a pizza:

Fennel:

Potatoes in buckets:

Its been a super busy spring, but I've gotten to eat snow peas, pea shoots, onions, garlic and radish so far this year. My lettuce is coming up and my cabbage is slow, but I'm hoping for some for cole slaw by the end of May. Smile

Nothing tastes as good as straight out of the garden. Very Happy

By the way, I have another giveaway on my blog this month, go sign up!

ENJOY!

We have some onions started, but that's all. We don't even begin to plant till after Mother's Day or Memorial Day...........it's going down to 30 tonight.
