Good morning everyone.
I got to sleep an extra hour today. Very Happy We're on spring break.
It's cold this morning ,28 degrees.Only suppose to get into the low 50's today.
Guess I'll finish up a little work today,do some cooking not sure what yet and wash clothes.Same old things.Tomorrow is my day off.I'm thinking about going to the used book store. There are several books I want and I hope they have them,a couple of movies too.

Vicki, you asked yesterday if we're getting any snow. The weather man said we might get a few flurries tomorrow night but that would be all.I sure hope he's right. We don't get much snow here usually.Only a few winters have we gotten much snow.In 2000 we got 16 or 17 inches.Since then we haven't gotten much,an inch or two. This year only a dusting. Our winter was a fairly mild one.

Got to get the girls breakfast now.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Pat

Good morning Pat, and all who follow. Not much going on exciting here today. I have got to get my house all cleaned and ready for Easter. I hate doing the cleaning, but sure enjoy the feeling of a clean house! I picked up my Easter ham at the butcher shop yesterday, but need to call and confirm I got the right one. BIL said that there is a good end and one I would not enjoy. He was on an errand when I got there and our ham wasn't marked with our name so I am not so sure we got the right one. We had flurries again this morning. I could not believe yesterday that at the Easter egg hunt (with flurries coming down) that their was a mother there with a short sleeved top on??? Hope everyone has a productive day.
*Pat, glad that you got a chance to sleep in today. It feels good now and then doesn't it?

HELLO PAT and PATTI and EVERYONE that drops by.......Well, I had good intentions of getting here early, but decided to get ALL my chores done first. I know how long I can set in front of this computer!!! DDand I went and got our nails done late yesterday afternoon and I'm having to find a new way to type. Anyway they are pretty and it always seems to make me feel better when my nails are pretty.....now if I could just get rid of these "AGE SPOTS"...lol. Like I said before, I have all my chores done, so not a whole lot going on here today, now tomorrow will be a different story...busy, busy, busy! It's still cold here today, but seem too bad since there's NO wind today. Yesterday was brutel! It is however supposed to get done to 22* tonite! Good thing I have a nice warm Papa Bear to cuddle up with Very Happy !

***PAT, After DH leaves for work, I always seem to fal back to sleep for at least an hour! I always have good intentions to watch the Today Show and next thing I know Regis and Kelly are on!
Hope you find the books you're looking for at the used book store, it's always a good thing when we can find something on sale! Have fun with the girls on Spring Break!

***PATTI, I love the feeling of a nice fresh clean house! Was the Easter Egg Hunt a success? Too bad it was so cold, but I don't think the cold bothers kids like it does us.

Well, I think I'll go grab a book and read some...Lord knows I have several to read! I hope everyone has a good day and stay warm. Hello to anyone that stops in after me. Take care and remember to pass on a Smile! Hugs, Debbie

Good morning Pat, Patti and all who follow. Well, my happy Friday isn't going as well as I had hoped...I've had some back pain off and on all week and I was sitting at my desk at work and the pain kept getting worse. I could hardly get out of my chair and walking was difficult. I called my doctor and he can get me in a 4:15 this afternoon. I had to leave work, I just couldn't sit at my desk so I'm at home lying here in bed and right now the pain is a little better. My eldest sister and I were supposed to go to the Olive Gardent tonight and do a little shopping, but I know I won't feel like going. Sad

I had a nice time shopping last night...no that isn't all I ever do. Very Happy A friend and I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and with the money I collected at work and my 20% coupon, we were able to get a flatware set and a Rival Crockett for our student worker's wedding gift. We were really happy with our purchase. Then we went over to Jungle Jim's to pick up a few things and after that out to eat. We had planned to go to Texas Road House, but it was so busy there (at least a 45 minute wait) that we decided to eat at Steak and Shake. What a disappointment that was, we were all ready for rolls, steak and baked potatoes! Sad

Pat - isn't it wonderful to be able to sleep in a little? It was about 25 degrees this morning and supposed to get down to 19 tomorrow and Sunday mornings. What books are you hoping to find today? I hope you're lucky and can get them.

Patti - I hope you got the right ham...that would be awful if you didn't. I was supposed to go with my sister to the Honey Baked Ham store to pick up hers tonight, but not now. She's having her dinner tomorrow and invited me, but if I'm still feeling this bad, I doubt if I'll be there. Aren't some people just a little goofy? Just because it's sping, no matter how cold it is, they want to dress like it.

Guess I had better go. I want to try to pay some bills and get a few things together just in case I need to go to the hospital. I hope I don't, but you never know....

Have a nice day!

Debbie - here I go being long winded and am writing while you're posting. That's a wise decision to get your work done before getting on the computer...I'm the same way. I'm sure your nails look beautiful! I've never had mine done before, but may have to treat myself some day. Hope the rest of your day is nice and realxing.
