Morning everyone -
Vicki - please tell Eric and his new bride "congratulations" for me!
Was busy yesterday, per usual. My shoulders were a bit sore when I got home, did a lot of high cleaning.
We are getting a really pretty pink sun rise this morning. But you know what they say "pink morning, sailors take warning." The weather people here are saying t-storms tomorrow, off & on.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning, Friends!
What a lovely afternoon and evening yesterday. Karl and I met Melissa and her children and Michael and his children at a local park. Then, Eric and Mary met us at our home for dinner. What a treat to have 12 of us around the table. Michael and the boys head back to Iowa today.
I have to decide how Karl and I will celebrate our 32nd anniversary today.
Ann - I'll be sure to give Eric and Mary your congratulations.
Patti (gramma) - Thanks for sharing your pictures.
Babette - Any hints about that new feature?
Fan - What a blessing to have so many visitors.
Martha - Oh, no.... poison ivy. Is the Calamine lotion giving you some relief?
Waving to anyone else who checks in.
Have a great day!
~~Vicki

Good morning everybody, have a smashing day.
This morning I spent outside sipping coffee and sitting in the sun. Temps were nice and comfortable. In the afternoon I did two batches of laundry in the machine. In a few hours a friend from Delft will come and step by to do a few errands. I need her to go grocery shopping as well. The fridge is becoming quite empty. Don't know what we will have for dinner yet, we may get our selves some French fries or a whole meal salad.
Vicki, I take it you have a dishwasher. Wow twelve people around the table. I would have run out of plates
Ann-Marie, hopefully the T-storms will be mild. Have a great day at work _________________ Fanmajie

Fan - Sounds like you have had a lovely day.
The only dishwasher we have in our home is our hands... no appliance. We did splurge and use disposable plates and cups as we squeezed around the table and card table.

GOOD MORNING.......It's 10 o'clock and I just woke up, but feeling so much better than yesterday. I was sick as a Dog throughout the nite on Tuesday and all day yesterday. Jim waned to take me to the hospital and I said no...just can't stand to lay in those beds for a week and get a huge bill for nothing. Anyway I'm feeling a bit better, I guess I'll know as the day goes on.
**ANN, Hope you have worked the soreness out of your upper body. I love to see beautiful sunrises ans sunsets. We are expecting storms tomorrow too. Do you work this week-end?
**VICKI, Happy Anniversary to you and Karl!! Thirty-Two years is wonderful! All kinds of Wedding stuff going on. Please give my Best to Eric and Mary. I bet they are glad all the stress of planning their own wedding is over. Did everything go well. Nice to have all your kids home and together wasn't it?
Well, I better get off here and get dressed. Hello to everyone coming in later. Wishing a Beautiful day to everyone. HUGS! _________________ Debbie

Good Morning FAN, I missed you as I must had been typing when you stopped in this morning. Nice way fro you to start your day, outside enjoying the sunshine and drinking coffee with friends. Sounds like your day is going to full of activities too. I was shocked to see you said you did 2 loads of laundry....did that not hurt you? You're very amazing at how quickly you are bouncing back from this broken hip. Bless you, my friend. I love that things are going so well fro you so quickly. Enjoy your dinner of a Meal Salad and fries. Have a good day....HUGS! _________________ Debbie

Oh Vicki.. wish I could spill the beans right now and tell you all! But then that wouldn't be a surprise.
I will however give some folks access to a preview. Whooooo hooooo! That means you guys. Once we get close I'll send you a secret link with info on how to access the info. Would love to get your feedback on it too.
Good morning! OK, it's noon here in LA so not much of a morning. Cramping like a mofo... why do women get all the pain in the world!!!!! Hoping second cup of coffee is going to shake me into gear.
Have you guys noticed the site running really slow? We've had a ton of new traffic (some good and some spammers)... sorry if it's caused you any trouble. We're definitely on it.
Have a smashing day!!!!

Hey Y'all:
Sorry I have been gone so long, missed everyone.
I guess I'll start with the rotten stuff--it has been like the saying around here, If anything can go wrong it will.
Living room roof is still leaking & it's too hot to get up there to fix. Then my car started acting up, think it is a loose wire that comes off the battery & goes who knows where, again too hot to crawl under the car & find it. Sunday before last dh had another stroke in his sleep. I discovered it Monday morning when he called, has affected his face, it is drooping more & his mouth won't completely close. Nursing home didn't notice it so I called Tuesday & told them about it. Starting to wonder about that 5 star facility.
Monday I was cutting grass with the tractor, came in the house to cool off & heard thunder, don't like leaving it out in the weather. Went out to put it away & it won't start, one more thing I have to fix.
Now the good stuff------wait a minute, I'm thinking......I woke up this morning & I'm still alive.....ahhh.......ummmm......
aww the heck with it.
Going to read some posts.
Take care

Pat:
Am handling all this mess pretty well. Had more trouble with my car when I came out of the bank today. Took 1/2 hour but finally got it started, think the ground wire off the battery is loose will relocate it's grounding end in the morning.
We need to get together for lunch or something soon.
