I love the idea of taking an undesired piece of meat and turning it into something wonderful

I've worked professionally for a smoke house, and have slow smoked meat for barbeque years on my own.

I would love to help people learn about latin american food beyond tacos, rice and beans, and brazilian steak houses.

I have traveled extensively throughout South America, and have lived in Chile.
