What inspires me in this category:
Cooking for the people you care about is about as basic as breathing.

Graduate of FCI with a Grand Diplome in Pastry Arts.

Biggest Lesson Learned:
Mis-en-place, always. And, take risks and try. The best way to be become a great cook is to make tons of mistakes.

My Tips:

  • Always group your tasks. Peel all apples first, then slice all in half, then core. You move faster this way.
