I specialise in European food, but particularly French and British.
What inspires me in this category:
I LOVE living in France and cooking French food!

Biggest Lesson Learned:
I am always learning! I am a sponge in the kitchen and one lesson I learned very quickly when I ran my own restaurant was PREPARATION is key to an organised kitchen!

I am cordon bleu trained and have run my own restaurant, as well as being a published food writer and recipe developer.

Why I want to be mentor in this category:
I LOVE and want to promote British and European cookery - especially Historical recipes and traditions.
What inspires me in this category:
I want to debunk the myth that British food is bad!
Experience:
I am a British food writer and food photographer living in France; I have run my own restaurant and also currently have a B and B where I cater for special Food and Wine breaks.

You are always learning - be open to new ideas and cultures, as well as new cuisines.
