Everyone eats dinner so it may as well be exciting and give joy.

I love cooking. I love cooking ethnic food from all over the world and have been doing so for many years.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Do not take yourself too seriously in the kitchen. It should be fun.

Home cook for years. Raised family that didn't die from food poisioning :--)
