My Smoothie Corner

Why I want to be mentor in this category:
Sharing a recipe is half of the pleasure I think!

What inspires me in this category:
I do think that smoothies are healthy and very simple to do!And you can drink them whenever you want!

I love making smoothies, especially during holidays, or week-ends (when I have time). I've experienced several original recipes, which all mix fruits, no fat milk ans spices (cinnamon)

Biggest Lesson Learned:
Take care that the lid is fully "blocked", if it is not the case, your blender will not start! Fruits cover the need for sugar, so no need to add (too much) sugar

My Tips:

  • Put the liquif first (milk or yaourt), and then the fruits (or vegetables) sliced.
