I own Wabi Sabi Cottage, a B & B in Midcoast Maine. I deliver fresh scones to Maine Coast Bookshop Cafe daily. Over 15,000 sold.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Use a Danish dough whisk to mix.

My Tips:
- Freeze cut scones to bake anytime!
- Brush frozen scones with milk and sprinkle with coarse sanding sugar for crunch!
