Why I want to be mentor in this category:
I'm passionate about vegan and allergy free home cooking to nourish our bodies and souls. New and alternative ingredients mean that, every traditional meat recipe is now able to transform into a vegan favourite meal, lighter and easier in many ways.
What inspires me in this category:
Vegan food is not only kinder on our bodies but also to the environment, leaving a better legacy for our future generations.
I have been a home cook for the past decade and a half, churning out interesting vegan versions of family favourites for my little ones while focussing on nutrition.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Never add salt to begin of with, always easier to add more when eating!

My mother was vegetarian and taught me most of my first recipe. My family has inspired me to finder healthier and flavoursome variations of traditional favourites.
