Why I want to be mentor in this category:
I love cooking for others, and would love to share recipes I've tried with others interested in Vegetarian cooking.
Experience:
I just decided one day (at 12) to become a vegeatrian, and always loved to play with new recipes. Being the only veg in my family drove me to be creative in my cooking.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
There is only so much tofu one can eat...

My Tips:
