Experience:
I have developed several different variations of cheesecakes and have even won an award for my Pumpkin Cheesecake.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Moisture in the oven is my friend!!! ALways, ALWAYS use a water bath...
Education, Awards, Pro Experience:
I won the first ever Master Chef award right here on Bakespace for my Pumpkin Cheesecake.
My Tips:
- Don't be afraid to experiment. Double wrapped pans in a water bath will prevent many problems for you.
