I have gathered most of my knowledge from The Culinary Institute of America. I also gather knowledge from my sister who was a dietitian for Richard Simmons, As well as the staff from the Hospital.

I currently am a Chef at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, Where the patients choose from a room service style menu and order when they want.
