My Non-alcoholic Corner
Why I want to be mentor in this category:
I love experimenting. Hopefully by telling members I like to mix flavored drinks I might discover someone else who has an idea or recipe they'd like to share with me.
Experience:
I am the queen of mixing drinks to make new flavors. For some reason I prefer mixing my own recipes instead of being satisfied with store bought flavors -
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Not all flavors go together so when you're testing things out, miz small amounts until you are happy with the results.
My Tips:
- Don't assume everyone will like what you like - buy a variety of beverages to mix - especially if it's for a party.
- with certain things like 7up and bubbly sodas, pour them in just before serving so the bubbles last and the fizz doesn't go flat.
