What inspires me in this category: My mom is my inspiration for baking - if there was flour in the house, she could whip up some cupcakes.
Experience: I have made cupcakes for every birthday I have ever attended - except my own cause that's just wrong.
Biggest Lesson Learned: When baking try not to do it on a hot day. A hot kitchen is no fun and ultimately ruins your baked goods anyway.

when working with chocolate ganache and you don't have time for it to firm up, just put it in the fridge, bowl and all, for about 30 minutes. It will firm up. If it gets too firm, let it sit out for a few minutes.
