What inspires me in this category: I usually dont do anything special for breakfast or lunch, and dinner is my time to relax and enjoy cooking. This is when I do most of my experimenting with new techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
Experience: Ever since my mom passed, I have had to teach myself how to cook. I have a strong interest in food from foreign nations and have tried to learn as much as I can.
Biggest Lesson Learned: I have learned not to rush or else I inevitably make a mistake, make a mess, or catch myself with the wrong end of a knife
Books, classes, teachers that have helped me: I have a large network of chef and foodie friends who inspire and encourage me daily
