I can help others learn to make pies that aren't over filled and look the best
What inspires me in this category:
Different flavors and textures. Along with pleasing other peoples plates.
I make a homemade chocolate pie without a recipe topped with five inch meringue. Every pie I have every made has come out perfect and if I take them to a bake sale the go in five minutes.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Not to over whip your egg whites and watch milk on the stove.
